Kyle Odvody, MS, FNP-BC

Kyle is originally from Wahoo, Nebraska. He spent 4 years at the University of Nebraska on a Track & Field scholarship before graduating from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Kyle began his career as a Registered Nurse in Sioux Falls, South Dakota before starting a traveling nurse career working in various specialties over 8 years. He joined the Swedish Medical Center Interventional Radiology team in 2012 and spent 4 years working as an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse. Received admission into Regis University Master of Science with specialty in Family Practice in 2013 and  graduated in 2015 and started in Family Practice for 2 years at a private practice in Denver, Colorado.  He joined The Yakes Vascular Malformation Center in July 2018.

Kyle is board certified through the Advanced Nurse Credentialing Center and holds Advanced Cardiac Life Suppose  (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications. Kyle is devoted to providing quality care to patients and family members who come to our facility from all over the world.

Kyle enjoys snowboarding, watching a Broncos/Rockies/Avalanche game, enjoys concerts at Red Rocks, summers at the lake, and watching Nebraska sporting events.

Nurse Practitioner

Sarah Farciglia, MS, PA-C

Sarah is originally from Rochester, NY. She attended Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY and completed her Bachelors of Science in Biology in three years and subsequently received a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree in the summer of 2014. Sarah began her practice as a Physician Assistant in October of 2014 in General Surgery at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY. During that time she covered a high volume of surgical inpatients, first assisted numerous cases, and managed many surgical subspecialties. She relocated to Denver, CO in May 2017 to pursue her love of the outdoors and joined the Yakes Vascular Malformation Center clinical team. After a pursuing oncologic surgery in June 2018 for a brief period, she returned to work with Dr. Yakes and his team in April 2019 to further her passion caring for patients with vascular malformations. Outside of the office, Sarah enjoys hiking, skiing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

 

Sarah strives to provide the utmost level of patient-centered care, considering the patients’ psycho-social situation as well as incorporating the newest advancements in medicine into an individualized care plan. She also places an emphasis on patient and family education.

Physician Assistant

Sarah Reynolds, MS, FNP-BC

Sarah is originally from Peoria, IL. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from St. Francis Medical Center in Illinois in 2000.  She moved to Denver in 2003 and worked as an ICU nurse for 8 years before starting her career in Vascular Therapy .  Sarah completed her Advanced Practice degree from Regis University in 2015. She worked as a Nurse Practitioner in a wonderful Family Practice clinic for 2.5 years before returning to her passion in Vascular Therapy.  Sarah joined the Yakes Vascular Malformation Center in May 2019. 

 

Sarah is board certified through the Advance Nurse Credentialing Center and holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advance Life Support (PALS).  Sarah is dedicated to providing high quality, evidence based, clinically competent care specific to her individual patients needs.

 

Sarah is married with two beautiful children.  She enjoys any and all live music, traveling with her family, spending time in the great outdoors and enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
