To ensure the safety of our patients, visitors, physicians, and colleagues Swedish Medical Center and The Yakes Vascular Malformation Center has  implemented the following visitor restrictions:

  • Visiting hours are from 6:00am – 8:00pm.

  • No more than 2 visitors per patient allowed in the hospital at one time.

  • No visitors 12 years of age or under unless they are a patient.

  • No visitors in high risk patient care areas.

  • Visitor with cold or flu symptoms are not allowed to enter the hospital.

  • Symptoms include:

    • A fever (greater than 100.3) Cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills,
      muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, headache, congestion or runny nose and
      GI symptoms like nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

  • Each visitor will be screened and requested to sanitize their hands upon entering the hospital.

  • Everyone is required to wear a face mask while in the hospital. You will be provided with a mask if you arrive without one.

  • Please stay six feet away from others whenever possible.

Visitor Restrictions

All patients and visitors are required to enter through the main entrance of Swedish Medical Center.

All patients and visitors will then be screened with questions and a temperature check. 

Those who require a mask will be provided one at entry. 

However, we do recommend all patients and visitors arrive masked if they are able to do so.
